Located on all four corners of the house, with windows facing two directions: the panoramic window brings the Nockberge mountains into the living room, and the balcony connects the apartment with the vastness of the landscape. At 75 m², there's room for two to four guests - for couples, families, or a getaway with friends.

Bright rooms, natural materials, and beautiful details: local wood, soft fabrics, atmospheric lighting. Living and sleeping areas are separate, the fully equipped kitchen flows into a cozy dining area, and in winter the fireplace is lit.

Outside, the large garden with a fire pit and fountain awaits. Fruit trees, flowers, and the neighbor's sheep. Meadow, nature, open space. On the garden level, the sauna, fitness, and yoga room are open to all guests.
