No packed schedule, no thousand options - instead, bright rooms, large windows, and a garden where the fire burns in the evening.

Built from what grows here
For us, sustainability isn't a line in a brochure, it's the way we build. We've consistently relied on natural and local building materials - and you can feel it from the first moment: in the air in the room, in the warmth of the wood, in the silence.
Then there are the details that turn a house into a home. Soft fabrics, linen, warm light in the evening. All textiles and objects come from sustainable and natural resources. Light and easy, made with love.
Right outside: 800 kilometers of hiking trails
Bad Kleinkirchheim lies right in the heart of the Nockberge Biosphere Park - a gentle alpine landscape with rugged edges. Two thermal spas in the village, two natural swimming lakes with drinking-water quality, 750 kilometers of mountain bike trails, and Europe's longest Flow Country Trail. The Sonnalm ski lift and the stream are within walking distance, and the organic farm with farm shop and petting zoo is directly across the way.

Each of our eight apartments is named after an old sheep breed - some robust and headstrong, some fine and reserved, all with their own character. Just like the apartments.
